General & Account

You can log in using your registered Username and Password provided by the property management. If you are a new tenant, check your SMS or email for your welcome credentials.

Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to set a new password.
Payments & Billing

Go to M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill.
Business No: 4161475
Account No: Your specific house/account number (e.g., T1-A1).
Enter amount and PIN. The system will update your balance automatically.

M-Pesa payments are processed in real-time. You should receive an SMS confirmation from Apex immediately, and your dashboard balance will update within a few minutes.

Yes. Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the "Documents" or "Invoices" section. You can view and download PDF versions of all your past rent and utility bills.
Maintenance & Support

Currently, you can report issues by contacting the caretaker directly or sending a message via the "Contact Us" page. We are working on a dedicated maintenance request feature for the portal soon.
